Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese, in order to guarantee proper service to its Customers, accepts purchase orders until 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday; orders received after this time, as well as those received on Saturdays, Sundays, or other public holidays, will be considered received on the first business day following the order itself. Any reductions in working hours and/or interruptions of sales services during specific periods of the year (e.g., summer months) that could lead to longer delivery times will be clearly highlighted at the time of the order, and it will be at the Customer's discretion to proceed with the confirmation of the same according to the indicated timelines. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and not altered, including the sealing tapes
In case of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing "RESERVATION FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other operator.
The Customer is required to report any damages within 7 days of receiving the goods, via registered mail with return receipt or by email to the following addresses:

For each order, the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact them in case of delivery difficulties; if delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese, or the express courier for more than 5 consecutive days, the order will be considered cancelled and the Customer will be charged for storage costs as quantified by the express courier.
Delivery Times

Product delivery times vary depending on the item ordered by the Customer and the delivery methods chosen by the same. The delivery times indicated are merely estimates and are in no way binding for Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese. Using express courier transport, delivery is expected within a variable time of 1 to 5 business days from the moment of the order. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated in the technical data sheet of each individual product. For products where the technical data sheet indicates a 24/48-hour delivery, the following indications apply:
A) Day 0 (receipt of order)
the back office processes orders received by 1:00 PM; otherwise, they are processed the following day. The same applies to orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday: they will be processed on the first business day following the order itself. The order is processed based on the chosen payment method, specifically:
- if the chosen payment method is BANK TRANSFER, the order will be processed when the credit is visible in the Gilbo Group s.r.l. bank account. - if the chosen payment method is CREDIT CARD, the order will be processed after 24h. The order is transmitted to our warehouses by 6:00 PM;
B) Day 1 (Shipping Courier)
the day after the order, the Shipping Courier collects the goods by 6:00 PM from our warehouses. The courier will be given the Accompanying Invoice containing the destination location and any notes entered in the order. Simultaneously with the product collection, an email containing the Shipment Number will be sent to the customer; this will allow the customer to track the delivery status and estimated times in real time on the Shipping Courier's website.
C) Day 2 (delivery of goods)
The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Methods
1) Standard Delivery:
Delivery takes place within 5 business days from the date of handover to the Courier. In detail: we deliver within a maximum of 72 hours from when we hand over the goods to the courier. For all of Italy, including islands, the cost of shipping is indicated at the time of the order. Furthermore, the timeline described above for the Islands may undergo variations depending on unpredictable elements: for example, adverse weather conditions, etc.
