Data retention

The data used for SMS marketing purposes are retained for the period necessary to manage the service and according to the criteria provided by applicable law.

In the event of consent revocation, the phone number will no longer be used for sending new promotional communications based on the revoked consent.

Page Studios may retain the information strictly necessary to document the previous granting or revocation of consent when this is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
