Terms of Sale
The indicated sales prices are expressed in euros, VAT included, excluding shipping costs. The latter are always borne by the Customer and are invoiced at the time of order validation as a supplement to the selected products. Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese reserves the right to change prices without notice and to modify shipping rates at its discretion, but commits to applying the prices in effect and clearly displaying prices and shipping costs, as indicated on the site, at the time of the order. Any refunds are always issued by Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese via the payment system used to make the purchase. Conditions subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005

Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese enters only the data provided by the customer in the aforementioned invoice, specifying that no changes will be permitted after the invoice has been issued.
The customer may purchase only those products existing in the electronic catalog on the site gilbostore.com at the time the order is sent. Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese, in this regard, informs that the images and technical data accompanying the product description—none excluded and/or excepted—should not be considered by the customer as complete and exhaustive of the characteristics, but may, therefore, differ in terms of size, color, accessories, or other features.
For everything communicated herein and accepted by the customer, no responsibility can be attributed, for any reason or cause, to Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese by email response, sent exclusively to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will restate all data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and communicate any corrections no later than 2 days thereafter. Only subsequently will Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese, having verified the actual availability of the goods as well as the accuracy of the customer data, send the definitive acceptance of the contract via email; only from this moment shall it be considered concluded and stipulated between the parties for all legal purposes.
By placing an order on the site gilbostore.com, the customer declares to have read the terms of sale, the proposed payment methods, as well as the entire purchasing procedure, and further declares to accept them without any reservation and to have received exhaustive information in this regard. Furthermore, with express reference to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive, via email, all the necessary information for the identification of Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese, which the customer is required, at their own expense, to keep together with the contract acceptance email.
In the event that the customer needs to return the purchased products for legitimate reasons, they must arrange for shipment within the established terms and exclusively to the registered office of Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese
Warranty
All products sold by Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must retain the invoice (or transport document) that they will receive via email in PDF format. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation found inside the product packaging. It is specified that the 24-month warranty is reserved for the private Consumer (a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form).
In cases where the application of the warranties requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, with consumables intact); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, placing it in a second box; in all cases, the placement of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided.
Shipments of products will be rejected to the Sender, at their own expense, if they:
- Do not include packaging.
- Are received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and are therefore damaged during transport: the Warranty does not cover damage due to the failure to use the original packaging and adequate external protective packaging.
Conventionally, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnities is excluded, as is any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property.
Right of Withdrawal
- The product must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, with consumables intact); Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese reserves the right regarding returns; in the event that Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese refuses the return, the Customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the product via bank transfer to the IBAN provided by Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese
- The product must be returned within the times and using the methods described above to the address that will be indicated by Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese
- Return shipping costs are always borne by the Customer
Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese reserves the right to inspect returned goods to evaluate any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
Refunds
Customers will have Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese as their sole point of contact for any complaint or any issue related to both the ordering phase and the after-sales phase; the company is equipped with all the tools to manage issues both via Call Center and 24/7 active messaging systems to analyze problems and seek a solution for the individual customer. Any refunds are issued by Page Studios di Giuseppe Pugliese via the payment system used to make the purchase. The refund will be made within and no later than 10 working days.
